Our recommended System 300 is
absolutely the best protection you can provide.
Due to the porous nature of masonry, this 3-layer
system is highly recommended to provide maximum
water protection.
Class
A Vapor Barrier- This layer protects
the membrane emulsion layer from damage during
backfill. Often used as a radon and methane
barrier, it serves as an excellent watershield
in our waterproofing system.
Drainage
Mat - This flows water towards
our Drain Tile System at the base of the foundation
as well as relieving hydrostatic pressure.
The purpose of this drainage mat layer is
to prevent water from standing against your
basement wall, and to instead keep water moving
down and away from the foundation.
DrainMax™
- This top-quality one-piece foundation strip
drainage system quickly moves water diverted
by the waterproofing system away from the
foundation.
OR Drain Tile System
- Drainage system composed of slotted corrugated
pipe and silt screen fabric, and surrounded
by washed stone to provide maximum drainage.
