WALL INJECTIONS
For use on concrete walls: Polyurethane material is injected at 1200 PSI into a
crack or hole in a wall. This product expands when it comes into contact with moisture
and in doing so effectively seals the leak.
FLASHING
Troubleshooting and identifying flashing installation problems around drains and

CONDENSATION TESTING
Testing for water appearing on walls due to poor drainage or condensation.

INTERIOR DRAIN SYSTEMS
Viable solution to remove water from a foundation when external waterproofing is
not possible due to landscaping or issues with existing structures. Interior drains
also may be implemented on problem jobsites to prevent water from pushing up under
the slab or crawl space foundation.
SUMP PUMP WITH SUMP BASIN
When positive drainage is not an option, a Sump Pump system can be installed inside
or outside a foundation.
SUMP PUMP WITH BATTERY BACKUP / ALARM
The "Battery Backup/Alarm" option keeps water moving even during power outages,
or in the event that the primary sump pump fails.
ABOVE-GRADE CLEAR COATING
This process is used to seal up the veneer, or other areas of porous brick or other
materials.
ABOVE-GRADE CAVITY WALL WATERPROOFING
Used in commercial or specialty residential applications, this system acts as a
vapor barrier in the cavity between the main wall structure and the veneer covering.
NEGATIVE-SIDE BELOW-GRADE DAMPPROOFING
Interior walls can be coated with a cementitious dampproofing material, which will
slow down water penetration. Often used to reduce moisture in existing basements.
EXCAVATION / REPAIR
We are equipped to solve virtually any below-grade waterproofing problem. If your
foundation was never waterproofed during its original construction, or inferior
workmanship needs to be corrected, we can excavate foundations when necessary and
perform needed repair work or even apply a new waterproofing system to the foundation.
SPECIALTY DRAINAGE SYSTEMS
We can install yard drains, gutter drains, catch basins, and can often design custom
drainage systems for your property to move standing water and reduce moisture problems.
CRAWL DRAIN INSTALLATION
We often install a crawl drain to move water outside of your crawl space. This functions
best when a crawl space is properly prepped and sloped.
AUTOMATIC (POWER) VENTS
Let us install vents in your crawl space foundation which open and close automatically
as moisture is detected in your crawl space. An excellent alternative to manually
closing and opening vents during changing seasons.
